1. Guest Registration & Identification

• Check-In Requirements: All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.
• For Indian Nationals: Acceptable IDs include Passport, Aadhar Card, Voter ID, or Driver’s License.
• For Foreign Nationals: Passport with a valid visa is mandatory.
• Age Requirement: The primary guest must be at least 21 years old. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Visitor Policy: Visitors are allowed between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. All visitors must register at the reception with valid identification.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In Time: 11:00 AM
• Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
• Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Payments & Cancellations
Payments: All reservations must be secured with a valid debit/credit card or advance deposit.

Cancellation Policy

• 7+ Days Before Check-In: Full refund
• 5–7 Days Before Check-In: 50% refund
• Less Than 5 Days Before Check-In: No refund
• No-Show: Full booking amount will be charged

Refunds
All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Rules & Guest Conduct

• Quiet Hours: 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment.
• Prohibited Items:
  • No outside food or beverages allowed.
  • Drugs, weapons, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction.
• No Smoking Policy: Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
• Guest Responsibility: Guests are accountable for the conduct of their visitors.

5. Events & Photography

• Special Events: Custom packages are available for weddings, corporate gatherings, and celebrations. Contact us for details.
• Photography & Media: Photos taken in public/common areas may be used for promotional purposes by Nature Nest.

6. Health, Safety & Security

• Cleanliness: We maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping.
• Security: CCTV surveillance is active in public areas for guest safety.
• Liability: Nature Nest is not responsible for personal accidents, injuries, or lost items.
• Medical Assistance: Basic first aid is available on-site.

7. Guest Liability

• Damage to Property: Guests will be held responsible and charged for any damage caused to resort property.
• Facility Usage: All amenities and facilities are used at the guest’s own risk.

8. Resort Rights & Cancellations

• Right to Cancel: Nature Nest reserves the right to cancel or refuse bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for cancellations due to natural disasters, government regulations, or pandemics.

9. Additional Policies

• Children’s Policy:
  • Children under 5 years stay free.
  • Children between 5–12 years are eligible for discounted rates.
  • Children above 12 years are charged at full rate.
• Alcohol Policy: Guests must be 21 years or older to purchase or consume alcohol.
• Termination of Stay: Non-compliance with these terms may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.

10. Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
